Return & Refund Policy – Salt Bricks Wall

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to process a return request.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To qualify for a return:
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached.
  • Products should be returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
  • Due to the weight and fragile nature of salt bricks, palletized or freight (LTL) orders are non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

     

How to Start a Return

Please email us at info@saltbrickswall.com to initiate your return request. Once approved, send your item to:

Once we authorize the return, we’ll send you a shipping label along with instructions on how to return your item. Please do not ship items back without prior approval, as they may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away. Be sure to include photos or a description of the issue so we can assess the problem and make things right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from return:

  • Perishables (e.g., food, plants)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)
  • Hazardous goods (flammables, gases, etc.)

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us for clarification.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product following the steps above. Once approved, you can place a new order separately for the replacement item.


European Union Buyers

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers are entitled to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt — no reason required. Items must still meet the same return conditions (unused, original packaging, tags intact, etc.) and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.

Keep in mind:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund and you haven’t received it, contact us at info@saltbrickswall.com.
